Hello everyone, I am a non-cs to code 24 ng. the reason for code change is very simple: I desire a higher salary, broader career development space, their logic ability is not bad it , and interested in programming and technology, it is determined to embark on the road of code change.

When I first started to switch to code, I knew almost nothing about programming. For me, programming language is like a sky book. Initially, I chose to learn it on my own, through video tutorials and books I found online, and my progress was very slow. Especially when I was faced with a large number of algorithmic problems, I felt like I couldn't keep up with the progress at all. Even though I spent a lot of time brushing up on the problems, I couldn't get over the hump, and the quality of my brushing wasn't high, and at one point I wanted to give up.

Finally, when I was brushing the website, I saw this Drill Insight job hunting organization, which can provide Al and real project practical courses for 0 basics. I was originally a bit resistant to this kind of organization, feeling that it was all a pit, so at first I was just waiting and watching, and I didn't make up my mind to enroll in a course. Until I saw their TCS program course, I felt that it should be very good, and the hardcore program is very good! But the whole English teaching, my foundation is not yet reached, so in order to be able to understand, first enrolled in their algorithm course. Learned Python, Java, C++, JavaScript, Ruby and so on. All of them are well-targeted algorithm training, and the most important thing is that there is a tutor to follow up the progress and answer questions in time. For a basic student like me, it can be said that it is very personalized. It was very reassuring, and from then on began a really efficient learning path.

In the next three months, I devoted myself to the course. In addition to the algorithm class, I also worked on several projects that are common for banking companies and Internet companies in their hands-on project class. From designing the database, writing the back-end code to the development of the front-end UI, each project was conducted in a simulated real work environment. This not only gave me the skills to develop enterprise-level applications, but also made me more confident in dealing with technical interviews.

By the fourth month, I entered Drill's mock mock session. The mock interviews included not only technical questions but also BQs, and each mock made me more mature and prepared. The interviewer provided detailed feedback based on my performance in the mock interview, and my communication skills and project presentation skills were gradually improved.

Through these four months of intense learning, I was really very happy to be helped to get an offer from Bank of America through inbound promotion. It's not easy for me to start from zero foundation to master Java, front-end and back-end development technology, and finally succeed in the interview. Although there were many times when I wanted to give up, I persevered and my efforts did not fail me.

To be honest, at first I didn't know Drill Insight, I would compare the reputation and wonder if it was worth it to spend money on the course, but from my personal experience, Drill Insight really helped me a lot. Now the dust has settled and I'm moving on.
